ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - New Mexicans looking skyward at about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday witnessed a brighter-than-average meteor streaking across the sky.
Sandia National Laboratories shot video of the meteor on Tuesday. Watch that video and also footage from an all-sky camera at the observatory of Thomas Ashcraft near Lamy, New Mexico was sent.
It can be seen moving from the lower left of the screen across the nearly full moon, on the left side of the video.
