ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Members of UNM’s fraternity Phi Gamma Delta will have to find a new place to live.
Phi Gamma Delta, also known as Fiji, is one of about six Greek organizations at UNM that has a chapter house, but the Fiji house is privately owned.
It was sold last month and the new owners have new plans.
They plan a renovation and then to rent it back out.
