ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A new law will allow college students to shop around for more deals on textbooks.
The Higher Education Opportunity Act requires colleges to release their book lists at the time of class registration.
Students will have more time to take advantage of textbook buyback programs, book rentals and low internet prices.
