RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) - The speed limit in front of Cleveland High School in Rio Rancho is being reduced from 40 mph to 30.
Signs will go up Thursday morning, and enforcement will begin at 1 p.m.
The reduced speed is only on the short stretch of Laban Road in front of the school.
