ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Medical investigators have determined the death of a woman found in Albuquerque's North Valley Friday was a homicide.
Bernalillo County sheriff's deputies responding to 203 1/2 Ranchitos Road at about 3:45 p.m. Friday found the body of Elizabeth Rodriguez, 33, Capt. Matt Thomas said in a statement released to the news media Saturday afternoon.
The sheriff's Criminal Investigation Division is working the case although there was no word on a possible suspect or suspects.
Details of the case including the cause of death and how the body was first discovered have not been released.
