ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A woman accused of hitting a police officer in a car chase in 2011 will be sentenced Tuesday.
The Farmington Daily Times reports 22-year-old Thu-Hang Ho pleaded no contest Friday to hitting an officer with her car while he was laying down spike strips at an intersection.
The officer suffered a broken arm and injured knee.
Ho will be sentenced Tuesday on a felony charge of causing great bodily harm by motor vehicle.
Ho’s attorney says she suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia and will receive mental health treatment as part of a plea deal.
