ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A woman arrested for attempting to rob an Albuquerque bank is headed to a halfway house.
Police arrested Emma Hossy, 22, last month after they say she tried to rob a Wells Fargo bank at Montgomery and Wyoming boulevards in northeast Albuquerque.
Witnesses say the woman entered the bank wearing a Lobo sweatshirt, showed the teller a small package and told the teller to hand over money or she would blow up the building.
The woman then fled without money when she saw the teller push an emergency button.
The package was later determined to be a hoax.
On Friday Hossy pleaded not guilty to all charges.
