ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Flames flared again Friday at the scene of a three-alarm warehouse fire that erupted near downtown Albuquerque on Wednesday.

Seven Albuquerque Fire Department units that had remain on the scene in the 1300 block of Broadway Boulevard NE handled the flare-up in the Springer Industrial Center.

The building housed three businesses: TMM Business Records Storage, Cross Country Auto Parts and Factory Motorparts.

The fire was contained to the records company where the large quantity of documents fed the flames, according to AFD.

A national response team from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been called in to help investigate the cause of the fire. The investigation may take up to a week, an AFD spokesperson said.
