ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - One of New Mexico’s most wanted has been arrested.
U.S. marshals helped to arrest 20-year-old Leonardo Limon at a border crossing in Texas on Friday.
In May 2012, marshals tracked Limon to Mexico.
Then Friday, he attempted to enter the U.S.
He was taken into custody and is awaiting extradition to New Mexico.
Limon was wanted on a slew of charges, including murder.
Authorities say Limon is believed to have stabbed a man seven times in a rival gang fight in Anthony, New Mexico two years ago.
