ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Farmington man who was the subject of a KRQE News 13 Special Assignment report last year has been found and arrested in Branson, Missouri.
Bobby Willis faces charges involving a scheme to build an $8 billion veterans hospital complex near Farmington.
He's accused of stealing more than $1.5 million from an investor.
Willis has posted $1 million bond and is still in Missouri with an ankle monitor on.
His lawyer claims Willis has done nothing wrong and that he can not travel because he is dealing with a life threatening illness.
Prosecutors have agreed to let him stay there pending a preliminary hearing.
