Wanted lawyer busted in El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KRQE) - A personal-injury lawyer based in El Paso and considered a fugitive by New Mexico investigators is in jail on a laundry list of charges.
Micheal Gopin was arrested early Wednesday morning in El Paso, according to KFOX, the El Paso Fox affiliate.
Gopin was wanted by the state of New Mexico on charges of contempt of court, failure to comply and failure to provide a list of assets.
He is currently being held without bond and is set to be extradited to New Mexico.
