ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A hearing for a former New Mexico Secretary of State accused of wrongdoing will continue Wednesday morning.
Rebecca Vigil-Giron and three co-defendants are accused of misusing millions of federal voter education dollars while on the job.
She insists the money was used properly.
Vigil-Giron's attorneys argued on Tuesday that Attorney General Gary King's office should not be the one to prosecute, due to a conflict of interest.
A judge has not made a ruling on that argument yet.
