ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two people are under arrests and charges are pending against two more in connection with a homicide in November, Albuquerque police said Wednesday.
Police say they've arrested Jason Nowicki, 32, and Brian Beard, 34.
Investigators say Eduardo Quintana, 54, was found dead inside a house on Stillwell Drive NE near Menaul Boulevard NE and Juan Tabo on Nov. 10.
Overnight investigators executed a search warrant and recovered a firearm now being tested it to see if it's the gun used in the shooting.
Police say Nowicki is believed to be the triggerman. Both Nowicki and Beard are jailed.
An Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson said charges are being prepared against a man and woman also believed to be involved in the killing,
Later on Wednesday police Melissa Trombley, 38, is wanted in the case on a felony warrant warrant alleging conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to shoot at an occupied dwelling.
