ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A grand jury has indicted two Albuquerque men accused of turning a noise complaint into attempted murder.

Police say last month Marco Rodriguez Dominguez and Luis Rodriguez stabbed their upstairs neighbor at an apartment complex near San Mateo Boulevard NE and McLeod Road for being too loud.

The victim's sister told police that shortly after her daughter began jumping in the living room, the two men stormed in, held her brother down and stabbed him.

The victim survived.

A grand jury indicted both suspects on charges of kidnapping and conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

They remain behind bars.
