Two guilty in swastika branding case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two of three New Mexico men accused of branding a swastika on the arm of a developmentally disabled Navajo man have entered plea agreements.

Paul Beebe, 27, and Jesse Sanford, 25, both pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court.

Beebe pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping and aggravated battery in the April 2010 attack.

Sanford pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery.
