Suspected drunk driver kills man

TIJERAS, N.M. (KRQE) - A man was killed Thursday night after a suspected drunk driver hit him head-on on Highway 337.
According to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department, around 6 p.m. Randy Curry, 56. was driving his truck northbound on NM 337 when he crossed into southbound lanes of traffic, hitting the car driven by Salvador Garcia, 43.
Garcia was pronounced dead on the scene.
Curry sustained moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Investigators believe alcohol was a factor in the crash and say Curry will be charged with vehicular homicide.
