SANTA FE (KRQE) - A third arrest has been made in connection with a robbery at a Dairy Queen in Pojoaque on Nov. 3.
Deputies arrested Gisselle Rodriguez, 21, on Friday on a bench warrant for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Rodriguez's charges stem from her being the getaway driver during the robbery, according to Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office investigators
She is being held at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
Two others were also arrested as suspects in the crime: Stephan Bustamante, 21, and Saul Rodriguez, 17.
They were arrested Wednesday after a high-speed pursuit near Santa Fe . Both remain behind bars.
