Thief walks off with UNM computer

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information on a thief who walked out of a University of New Mexico research building with a computer he stole.

The theft occurred on March 17 at the UNM Pete V. Domenici Research Center and involved a Dell computer tower.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.  Tips can be called in to 8437867 (843-STOP) or by using a form on the Crime Stoppers website .

Tipsters do not have to give their names to be eligible for a reward.
