SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - The results of blood-alcohol tests show a Santa Fe doctor was legally drunk at the time of a crash that killed a 4-year-old girl.

The New Mexican reports that Dr. Deborah Aaron told police the night of the Dec. 30 crash that she had two glasses of wine about five to six hours earlier in the night.

Aaron's Land Rover hit the passenger side of a minivan driven by Yuliana Reyes Vasquez's mother, Karla Vasquez. Yuliana was killed, and her mother and sister were injured.

One witness told police it appeared Karla Vasquez had run a red light.

A blood sample taken from Aaron the night of the crash was analyzed at the state crime lab and showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.08, the level legally considered too intoxicated to drive in New Mexico.
