SANTA FE (KRQE) - A teenager suspected in a double murder on Christmas has been captured.

Santa Fe county sheriff's deputies say Joe Rivera, 18, got into a fight then shot John Griego, 23, and Nicholas Baker, 29, late Christmas night at a home on Valle Vista Court.

Rivera has been on the run ever since.

He is now jailed on two open counts of murder.

Deputies have not said where or how they captured Rivera.
