ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque police say they've arrested the ringleader in a particularly violent home invasion.
Detectives Morrell Toney, 25, and two other thugs broke into a home on Skyline Road near Zena Lona NE earlier this month in the early morning hours.
Investigators say the men sexual assaulted at least two women who lived there at gunpoint in the same room where a 4-year-old child was present.
The trio then grabbed a TV and cell phones before taking off off.
Police caught up with Toney on Wednesday busting him on numerous charges including armed robbery, child abuse and sexual assault.
He's being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center without bond.
