ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man accused of murdering one man last month stood before a judge Saturday accused in a second murder.
Jesus Suarez was in Metropolitan Court charged in the death of Robert Kinter whom police say was shot and killed during a home invasion near 12th Street NW and Menaul Boulevard at the end of February.
Police say Suarez then shot 38-year old Michael Garris, 39, near 98th Street SW and Sage Road.
The judge set his bond for the Garris murder at $100,000 cash-only and tacked on more for the Kinter murder.
"Mr. Suarez, I am going to impose a bond of $100,000 cash-only," the judge said. "You'll not return to the location of the alleged incident."
A surveillance camera inside the home where Kinter was shot snapped photos of a second suspect.
Detectives are still trying to identify that man.
