ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The man accused of causing a crash that killed a toddler in Albuquerque last year is expected to be back in a courtroom Thursday afternoon.
Mariano Salaz and his attorney's will try to get him out of jail.
Investigators say he was drunk when he slammed into little Vicente Griego's family's vehicle on Aug. 25 in northwest Albuquerque.
That boy died a few days later.
Salaz has been jailed in September shortly after the child's death escalated the charges against him.
