Suspect in Denny's murder in court

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - One of the suspects in the deadly shooting at an Albuquerque Denny’s two years ago is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
Jose Melgar Cabrera is charged as an accessory to the crime.
In June of 2009 investigations say three gunmen burst into the restaurant at Coors Boulevard and Iliff Road, one of them fatally shooting Stephanie Anderson, who worked as a cook.
Pablo de Leo Ortiz and Marvin Lopez-Aguilar were also charged in the murder along with Cabrera’s brother, Franscisco. Fransicsco Cabrera remains on the run.
