Suspect confesses, then pleads not-guilty

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Tucumcari man charged with killing a woman whose remains were found in Quay County has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Kimberly Draman, 45, was reported missing on September 13th and her remains were found earlier this month near Ute Lake.
State police say 45-year-old Frank Keller confessed to beating Draman with a car jack before running her over.
Keller is also facing charges of tampering with evidence and the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
Authorities say he had been driving her car when he was arrested last month in Las Vegas, Nevada.
