ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) - Roswell police say one suspect they were questioning in the city's latest homicide is no longer a person of interest.
Police say Eric Sedillo, 20, is no longer a suspect in the murder of Tony Macks, 48, who was found dead in an alley last week.
Police have already arrested Raymond Hobbs, 21, who is alleged to have told his brother he killed Macks. That admission came in a monitored phone call from jail, according to police.
Hobbs is charged with second-degree murder.
