ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) -
Charles Rausch has turned himself in after being on the run for a month in the alleged shooting of his roommate in Edgewood.
Rausch's roommate was shot in both the back and arms, he survived the shooting.
Rausch was on the U.S. Marshals Most Wanted List for first degree attempted murder charges before turning himself in Wednesday to Torrance County Sheriffs.
