Roswell man maintains innocence

His son and son's girlfriend were killed in May

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) - A Roswell man said he is not guilty of killing his son and the son's girlfriend in May 2010.

David Vega waived his arraignment and entered a not guilty plea to first-degree murder charges in the shooting deaths of Christopher Vega and Alyssa Montgomery.

David Vega was wounded and several police officers suffered superficial wounds in a shootout that followed.
