ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Testimony continues in the DWI trial of Albuquerque attorney Ron Bell.

Bell was stopped on Tramway Boulevard in June 2010 for speeding and weaving.

Deputies testified Monday that he passed a breath-alcohol test, but failed the field sobriety test.

Prosecutors claim he was under the influence of a prescription drug he takes for ADD. The defense denies that.
