Retired teacher sentenced in porn-case

RATON, N.M. (KRQE) - A retired teacher who lives in Raton, N.M. was sentenced Friday in a child pornography case.
Joseph F. Zinkiewicz, 76, will spend ten years in federal prison and when he is released, will be required to register as a sex offender.
Zinkiewicz was arrested last April after an undercover sting by homeland security revealed he was swapping thousands of sexually explicit pictures of children with a suspect in Colorado.
Zinkiewicz was already retired when the crime happened but faced stiffer penalties in this case because he had already been convicted of a similar crime in New Jersey in 2002.
