ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A woman who was arrested for shooting heroin and being pregnant is in more trouble for lying to a judge.
Cops arrested Angelique Silva at these apartments in southeast Albuquerque Friday.
She gave cops a fake name after admitting to using heroin and spice.
Sunday in court she was still using that alias and told the judge she had never been in trouble before.
He quickly learned that is not true.
“For her correct criminal history we found the usage of AKA's two misdemeanor arrests with one conviction, four felony arrests with two convictions,” a court investigator said.
After listening to her background read for the judge, Silva tried to correct herself.
“Oh no sir, I actually did go to prison,” Silva said.
The judge told Silva to stop talking.
“Okay Ms. Silva don’t say another word okay. I don't appreciate you coming into the court and lying to the court,” a judge said.
Silva is out on bail.
She told officers that she doesn't know how far along she is in her pregnancy.
