ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The Santa Fe police union is calling for Police Chief Ray Rael to be investigated.

A person who does not want to be identified came forward, claiming City Manager Robert Romero fixed parking tickets for himself and some friends.

The person also implicated Police Chief Rael, who was the director of human resources at the time, alleging he knew all about it.

Both Romero and Rael deny any wrongdoing.

State police decided the allegations did not warrant a criminal investigation saying it's an administrative matter.
