ALBUQUERUQE (KRQE) - Cops say a woman accused of going on a vandalism spree and scaring residents in the Northeast Heights went down swinging.

Albuquerque police arrived at the house of Terry Anderson Thursday night after numerous calls about a "crazy lady" breaking windows and damaging property in the area.

When the cops arrived at the home on Leslynne Drive NE near Barstow and Harper police tricked Anderson, 62, into coming out of the house.

Anderson came out alright swinging a bat at a man, according to police.  And when officers tried to stop her, she started swinging the bat at them.

Police reported they had to zap Anderson with a stun gun to get her under control.

Anderson faces numerous charges including aggravated assault on a police officer and criminal damage to property.
