ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A mother who admitted drinking and driving with her baby in the car was arrested over the weekend.
Tara Tenorio, 38, was pulled over Sunday at Rio Grande and Central.
According to a criminal complaint – an officer noticed she was weaving in and out of her lane and turned on a red light without stopping, nearly causing a crash. All of this happened while her seven month old baby was in the backseat.
The officer said Tenorio admitted to drinking three beers and failed a field sobriety test.
