ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man accused of setting his ex-girlfriend on fire was back in court Monday, where he pleaded not guilty.
Ray Pergeson, 54, is charged with first degree murder and arson charges.
The crime happened in June of 2012 near 4th Street and Alameda.
Police say Pergegon was stalking Genevieve Fay, when he threw flammable liquid on her and lit her on fire burning 90 percent of her body.
Fay died seven months later.
Perguson is being held on a $100,000 cash only bond.
