FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) - Farmington police arrested two people for allegedly vandalizing campaign signs.
Police say Kevin Howell, 43, and Tammy Howell, 52, matched the description of the two people who sprayed paint on an Obama sign.
Kevin Howell was arrested for criminal damage to property and also for DWI because police say he was driving an all-terrain vehicle while drunk.
Tammy Howell is also facing charges.
