RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) - A thief with an eye for art stole a painting worth about $400 from an art display at the Esther Bone Library, in Rio Rancho.
The artwork, painted by Nora Sanders Curran, was a southwestern scene showing a horse and corral and was painted on mulberry paper.
Rio Rancho police say it was stolen during an art show and staff noticed the painting was missing on Thursday.
Police say they have no leads on a suspect and they have no surveillance video
