ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Bernalillo County grand jury has ruled a fatal shooting last August by an Albuquerque police officer was justified.
Officer Joshua Brown shot Enrique Carrasco, 38, after being called about a fight between a couple in the Ross discount store parking lot near San Mateo Boulevard and Montgomery Boulevard.
Police said Carrasco was shot after he tried to attack the officer with a knife following a chase.
