ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque police officer who told two neighbors to fight in order to settle an argument has resigned.
Gregory Donofrio was checking on a noise complaint at an apartment near Washington and Lomas last month, when two neighbors started arguing.
One suggested they fight it out and Donofrio let them telling them he wouldn't take them to jail.
