ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Charges are pending in an alleged drag-racing crash on western Central Avenue that left one woman critically injured Tuesday.
The crash happened at 90th Street in the middle of rush hour when police say two cars were racing and slammed into Tara Garcia's car.
On Wednesday investigators were running checks on the cars' computers to see just how fast they were going.
At last report Garcia was in critical condition but expected to survive.
