ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A nationwide manhunt is on Tuesday morning for a man from New Mexico.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Bobby Willis on suspicion of racketeering, fraud, embezzlement and securities fraud.
Willis is also accused of pitching an $8 billion project to build a huge veterans hospital complex in northwest New Mexico. But authorities say he had very little to show for it.
According to the Farmington Daily Times, an arrest affidavit claims Willis bilked an investor out ore than $1 million.
