ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque night club is going to have to pay a lot of money to the estate of a man killed in a drunk-driving crash.

Isaiah Pedro got very drunk at Graham Central Station in 2007, drove off and a short time later struck and killed bicycle rider Ron Martinez.

A jury found that the nightclub was 70 percent liable because it served Pedro more than a dozen shots and drinks before he left.

Graham central station will pay $7.5 million to Martinez' family.
