SANTA FE (KRQE) - Autopsy results have been released on two of three members of an El Rancho family murdered at their home on Fathers Day.

The medical investigation shows Lloyd and Dixie Ortiz died of head injuries. Autopsy results for their son, Steven Ortiz, 21, are pending.

New Mexico State Police are not publicly identifying the murder weapon, but sources close to the investigation have said it was a pickax.
