ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Kentucky death-row inmate is set to be extradited to New Mexico to face murder charges in the 1991 death of a paramedic.
Michael Dale St. Clair, 55, is scheduled for trial in January on charges he kidnapped and shot timothy keeling, 22, in a remote desert area.
Dennis Gene Reese, who is serving life in prison in Oklahoma, is also charged in Keeling's death.
There is no word on Reese's status.
St. Clair is on death row for another murder also committed back in 1991.
