ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Former lobo football coach Mike Lockley’s son had a recent run-in with police, but was not arrested.

The Daily Lobo reports a security guard heard "slapping noises" and a man screaming obscenities inside the apartment of Meiko Locksley’s girlfriend,

She told an officer that Locksley did not hit her and would not file a restraining order against him because she didn't want to get the UNM football player in trouble.

Police found Meiko Locksley sitting outside in his SUV, which reportedly smelled like marijuana.

Officers say he was "extremely irate and uncooperative" and he asked them "do you know who I am?"
