ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police Investigated criminal activity at the Anasazi Building Friday afternoon.

At around 3 o’clock Friday police received a call of several people inside the Anasazi Building at the Southwest corner of Central Avenue and 6th Street.

The building has been under construction. However the contractor is under a federal indictment and the construction has stopped.

Officers said the suspects were able to enter the building and were seen stealing copper.

One of the suspects is in custody and a K-9 dog had been requested to help find the other suspects that may be inside the building.
