FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) - The family of a disabled Navajo man branded with a swastika will be getting a financial settlement from McDonalds in Farmington.

Vincent Kee met three men at the McDonalds on East Main Street in Farmington in 2010.

Paul Beebe, Jesse Sanford and William Hatch were all employees at McDonalds and took Kee to one of their apartments and used a wire hanger to brand a swastika symbol on Kee's arm and shaved a swastika on the back of his head.

The settlement is from McDonald’s USA and local franchise owners, John and Celia Bronson and gives an undisclosed amount to Kee's mother.
