ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A repeat drunk driver's absurd parking spot is what gave him away for the fourth time.
Jason Rivera faced a judge on an aggravated DWI charge Sunday.
Police say Friday, Rivera was passed out behind the wheel of a car that was parked on the median on the 9400 block of Academy northeast.
A criminal complaint says Rivera was slurring, reeked of booze and could barely stand but still denied drinking Friday night.
He also refused a breathalyzer test.
Officers found bottles of alcohol inside the car and then charged Rivera DWI charges for the fourth time.
He was also driving on a revoked license.
