ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque teen will go to trial and will be sentenced as an adult for first degree murder.
Deputies say 16-year-old Thomas Manning shot and killed his father while on a hunting trip in the Gila two years ago.
A juvenile judge recently ruled that there was enough evidence to charge him with murder and move forward with the case.
The 16-year-old had already been on probation for attacking his father before the incident.
