GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) - One Albuquerque Amtrak rider left little the imagination after police say he stripped down on a train.

That man was detained Saturday night for causing a disturbance on the westbound Amtrak train.

Gallup police confirm they were called to the Amtrak station Saturday afternoon in Gallup to pick up the person who at one point took off all his clothes on the train and started screaming.

A passenger on board the train told KRQE News 13 at one point he threatened to blow up the train.

Police could not confirm that.

The man was taken into custody and then taken to an area hospital.

Police say it appears he was off his medication.
